LAURA ANSALDI  - soprano

Laura Ansaldi is an Italian soprano with an international career. She dedicated herself to classical music since very young, she studied at Genoa and Milan Conservatory of Music, and she furthered her education at “Accademia Chigiana” in Siena, Fiesole’s school of music; “Advanced education Academy TEMA” in Milan. Besides opera singing, she also graduates in Piano and in Performing Arts. 
Her voice being officially classified as “Soprano lirico spinto with coloratura”, she established herself in the international opera scene thanks to her remarkable vocal talents and great versatility: she easily performs from a light repertory till the most dramatic roles; from Adina in Elisir d’Amore to Maddalena in Andrea Chenier. She is also very well known for her acting skills.
Her career starts with Tosca in Italy (Genova) and proceeds with the most important Opera Houses in Europe and US. She has collaborated with important artists like Claudio Abbado and Gianandrea Gavazzeni, and orchestras like the Boston Philharmonic and the Sofia Philharmonic.  She has been selected for several prestigious and international events, always as main soloist, as the Roncole Verdi International Festival and the official celebrations for Maria Callas’ anniversary. She has always been engaged in social responsibility and inclusion and she is artistic patron for several charity institutions.

DAVIDE PIERO RUNCINI - pianist
Sensitive and refined musician, composer since childhood and high-level interpreter, D.P. Runcini was born in Genoa in 1978 and trained between Genoa, Milan and Rome; among his teachers: M. Calisi, L. Berman, S. Perticaroli, M. Damerini. He has held concerts in Italy and abroad since the early 90s, as a soloist or collaborating with many instrumentalists and singers including: M. Coco, N. Zanardi, S. Buttiglione, M. Berrini, A. Cortello, P Antonietti, S. Pacetti, L. Ansaldi. He arouses growing international interest as a composer, signs the soundtracks of the 2 films by director Massimilian Breeder. He frequently collaborates with the Canadian Vaughan String Quartet who have commissioned and recorded the "Suite Porpora" and other works. He represented Italy at the semifinal of the Worldvisioin Composers Contest 2021.
