The historic Elite is a four-star hotel in the centre of the watch and communication city of Biel. It offers 57 rooms and 5 suites as well as a fitness and wellness centre covering 1000 square metres. The catering facilities include two restaurants: the L'Osteria restaurant on the ground floor with its Italian cuisine and the Repas rooftop restaurant on the sixth floor with a view over the city. The latter is dedicated to bistronomy, combining upscale gastronomy with long-established French bistro cuisine. The charming guest rooms, mostly with Art Deco stucco on the walls or in the ceiling, combine past elegance with contemporary interiors. Most rooms have a view of the city and a French balcony.
